Our Speciality

MASALA DOSA
(crepes filled with potato and onion)
Masala Dosa are large, rather delicate crepes that are lightly fried in a pan with a bit of oil. Shree offers them plain and filled with various mixtures.

They are traditionally served with a lentil soup with vegetables called sambar, and here it is made with squash onion eggplant and carrots and is lightly spiced.

The Masala Dosa is filled with potato and onion, and is quite large served along with two chutneys :a yellow cashew, yogurt and lentil blend and a green cilantro and coconut mixture.

DIL RUBA
(Desserts)
Shree serves about eight desserts more than most Indian restaurants. Dil Ruba, is our speciality, which is at the top of the list.

It’s a mixture of sweetened condensed milk with cashews and pistachios and tropical mixed fruits frozen together.

It had interesting flavor and textural contrasts and refreshed the palate.
